Domaine Gautheron Chablis Premier Cru AC 'Montmains' 2020 cevennes-igp we have found that Cabernet

we have found that Cabernet Franc cellars spectacularly and drives the medium-bodied expression we are looking for from our vineyard

bright acidity and brilliant natural balance

quietly complex wine with serious drinkability

Complex and intense aromas of undergrowth

Domaine Gautheron Chablis Premier Cru AC 'Montmains' 2020 cevennes-igp we have found that CabernetMontmains' is the 'mid mountain' which is seated at an intermediate altitude between two higher slopes. The terroir is located on the left bank of the Serein River and has a clay based soil. Its excellent exposure makes it an early ripening site, able to deliver great body and structure to the wine, with a generous mouthfeel.
