Their first release was the X Marks The Spot compilation in 1988 and then they continued releasing records by such bands as Up Front, Edgewise, and Forbearance all while moving the label's homebase a few times in that time period. In 1991, the label released a compilation entitled Voice Of The Voiceless which advocated for and donated proceeds to animal rights causes. The
