The Sauvignon Blanc fruit was sourced from the southern most part of Margaret River, where the most vibrant fruit is found, lending a linear acidity to the blend. Winemaking techniques enhanced fruit purity through the use of neutral stainless steel tanks and an aromatic yeast strain for fermentation. An expressive and vibrant nose
