consisting of a 45 mm-thick black band with narrow white bands at the top and bottom bearing the text “DEUTSCHER VOLKSSTURM WEHRMACHT” (“German People’s Storm Armed Forces”) flanked by German national eagles clutching wreathed mobile swastikas

plus a reinforcing leather patch at the junction
