AKTEK iQ section
As we mentioned in December last year, we are expanding our business offerings with a suite of intelligence solutions called AKTEK iQ. All to help organizations, big and small, better perform and protect their operations and people.
Now, within AKTEK iO, you’ll find the new AKTEK iQ section. Here, all intelligence data tailored to your license is now conveniently centralized. This includes anonymous mobile device signals, web traffic analysis, fire monitors, social media monitoring, and our latest addition, incident monitoring in your selected countries. Each source is presented as a sub-section, making everything accessible from one location within the app.
iQ Incidents
Our newest iQ feature is iQ Incidents, which lets you set up monitors for specific countries and topics. This allows you to track recent events such as criminal activities, bombings, thefts, etc.
Most importantly, the data is human-verified, ensuring high-quality and reliable information. Once you've saved the data, our intelligent system, iO, will assist you in generating your analysis through automated dashboards.

iQ Areas
If you are using iQ areas, you already know that you are limited to 100k signals for any result you get. However, we recently introduced the big query mode, which allows you to return all the data sets regardless of size. Be careful; this type of query will take longer to complete, so don’t enable it unless it’s needed for your analysis.
Device statistics
Let’s help you with some automated analysis. When configuring your monitor, you ask iO to generate a table after each run showing the statistics of the devices and signals found. This feature also allows you to keep a master table of unique device IDs found across all runs and, if desired, across all your monitors.
Dashboard
We've introduced a new Heatmap Cartesian Chart to help you better understand the timing of your events. This tool is particularly useful when your data includes date and time fields, as it provides insight into the distribution of your data across various days of the week and hours.
