November 2024 AKTEK iO Updates

Welcome to our November update! After a performance-focused October, we’ve made key improvements this month aimed at enhancing your user experience, boosting system stability, and rolling out new features based on your valuable feedback.

Feature Spotlight: White labeling of iQ Areas Email Notifications

For customers with white labeling enabled and utilizing AKTEK iQ (Areas), your notification emails now reflect your brand’s unique identity. This means your logo will appear on all notification emails, making communications feel even more personalized and aligned with your organization’s branding.

Enhanced Data Visualization

Those using AKTEK iQ (Areas) will now find an added convenience layer with time zone support. Data in your dashboard may be displayed in UTC or local time zones, depending on your settings. We’ve introduced a UTC toggle to simplify your experience, making it easier to switch between time zones.

Quick Tip: Enable the UTC toggle if your dashboard includes data from multiple sources or regions with varying time zones. This will give you a clearer, unified view of your data.

Performance Enhancements: Speed and Stability Improvements

We’re excited to share that we’re nearing the completion of a significant update to significantly boost system performance and stability. A new queuing system has been implemented to dramatically speed up job completion times—tasks like AKTEK iQ (Areas), automation, and data imports are now up to 10 times faster than before.
