Customer Success Representative

Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact? We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team at AKTEK!
At AKTEK, our clients are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for our enterprise and government users, helping them navigate and maximize our solutions.
Your role is all about building strong relationships, growing our existing accounts, and being the trusted point of contact for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboard and train new clients on AKTEK iO, helping them get started with setup and configuration.
- Offer support across chat, email, and virtual meetings, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, work with clients to understand their problems, report them to our tech team, and follow up on solutions.
- Communicate regularly about product updates and ensure clients are getting the most out of AKTEK iO.
- Create periodic reports for clients and internal use as needed.
- Use company tools to collect and analyze client feedback, such as NPS surveys.
- Help maintain and update our help desk content, coordinating translations and ensuring it reflects the latest product updates.
- Check in weekly with account managers to monitor global accounts and keep track of their status.
- Test and report product issues and update our databases with useful information and technical details.
- Share feature requests and effective solutions, and meet with the team to find new ways to enhance the customer experience with iO.
- Anticipate customer needs, identify potential issues before they escalate, and take initiative to help customers achieve their goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Background as a Customer Support/Success Representative or similar role.
- Understanding of tech/data in AKTEK’s relevant market verticals.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and training.
- Balance of creativity and logical problem-solving.
- Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines independently.
- Strong communicator with expertise in relationship building.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
- High emotional intelligence with a natural ability to understand clients' needs.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Portuguese is highly valued, but others welcome).
