As a Junior Graphic and Web Designer at AKTEK, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our business goals. Your input will be valued and integral to our success.
You’ll play a crucial role in creating engaging visuals that communicate our key messages, help us connect with our audience, and make a lasting impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design (Web & Graphic)
- Design eye-catching graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, emails, flyers, presentations, videos, pages, and newsletters.
- Assist in creating and maintaining our website using HubSpot’s CMS.
- Assist with the production of multimedia content, including videos and animations.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create high-quality designs that adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Assist with the production of multimedia content, including videos and animations.
- Provide support for other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Marketing:
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize web content.
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in graphic design, web development, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience working with Marketing Automation tools for web design, particularly HubSpot's CMS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
- Self-motivated, continually learning and embracing change.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work remotely, independently, and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
- Up-to date with the market trends.
