Founded to bridge research with operational practice, LPRC brings together retailers, law enforcement, solution providers and security professionals to evaluate strategies and technologies designed to address evolving threats, including organized retail crime, cargo theft, counterfeit goods and product diversion.

This relationship builds upon previous collaboration between AKTEK and LPRC, including support provided during an LPRC field operation in Gainesville, Florida in late 2025.
